While we seem to listen more and more to the voices of anxiety, fear and division, and seek safety in the illusionary power of anger and hatred, we separate our world into &#8220;us and them&#8221;, &#8220;friend and enemy&#8221;, &#8220;my kind and the others&#8221;, &#8220;winners and losers&#8221;.<br \/>\nBut we can try to heal, to bridge the gap. Make yourself heard and express loving kindness and compas<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">sion. Act with loving kindness, compassion and dignity. Treat all beings with loving kindness, compassion and dignity. Do it where you are. In your family, in your house, in your street, your neigbourhood, your town, your country. Do it now and keep doing it. Make a difference.<\/p>\n<p>De stemmen van hen die durven te spreken in termen van mededogen, empathie, liefdevolle vriendelijkheid; die worden met de dag belangrijker. Terwijl het er op lijkt dat we steeds vaker luisteren naar de stemmen die spreken vanuit angst, vrees en verdeeldheid, en terwijl we veiligheid zoeken in de denkbeeldige macht van woede en haat, verdelen we de wereld in \u201cwij en zij\u201d, \u201cvriend en vijand\u201d, \u201cons soort en die anderen\u201d, \u201cwinnaars en verliezers\u201d.<br \/>\nMaar we kunnen pogen om te helen, om de kloof te overbruggen. Zorg ervoor dat je stem gehoord wordt en spreek in liefdevolle vriendelijkheid en mededogen. Handel vanuit liefdevolle vriendelijkheid en mededogen en waardigheid. Behandel iedereen met liefdevolle vriendelijkheid, mededogen en waardigheid. Doe het waar je bent. In je gezin, je huis, je straat, je buurt, je stad, je land. Doe het nu en blijf het doen.
